We worked with the developer and purchasers to complete this set of four modern, semi-detached family homes, each featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every home is uniquely tailored to reflect the pre-purchaser's personal style and selection of fixtures and fittings.

Upstairs, three well-appointed bedrooms share a bathroom/ensuite and a versatile family room, creating a comfortable and private space for family living. Downstairs, the master bedroom boasts a walk-through wardrobe leading to a spacious ensuite, which can be customized for wheelchair accessibility to meet specific requirements.

​

The gardens, thoughtfully created for low-maintenance living, with the option to include synthetic grass—a practical choice for busy families or retirees seeking a hassle-free outdoor space. We got to know the community here really well during our time on this project and really enjoyed our time working with these families.
