Contact Alder Homes Ltd and let them know you would like to have a complimentary winter blues consultation and describe the areas of concern you have for your property.

The promotion is open to South Auckland home owners.

To enter the promotion, during the promotional period the entrant must: be the owner of the property. Have carpentry related issues. Answer all queries from Alder Homes in the initial communication stage. Provide photos if requested. Provide any requested paperwork including ID or proof of ownership of the property.

Applicant must have the authority to complete work on the property, including permissions from all owners including individuals, trusts or entities.

If the areas of concern on your property or a part thereof fall outside Alder Homes area of expertise, Alder Homes have the right to forgo the winter Blues consultation.

Promotion does not cover full property inspection or reports

Promotion covers a consultation with one of Alder Homes Qualified builders to discuss and inspect an area of concern you may have.

In the case the Inspector cannot advise you during the consultation, Alder Homes Ltd reserve the right to produce information at a later time or to advise you to seek other professional opinions.

Alder Homes is not obliged to complete work on any property, even if quotations are submitted.

Consultation no longer than 1.5 hours. There is no minimum time for a consultation

Appointments to be made during the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm.

The consultation booking must be within the promotion period.

Consultations are limited.

One consultation per property.

If there are multiple dwellings on one property, one consultation applies.

Alder Homes reserves the right to cancel any involvement with the property at their depression.

In the event Alder Homes becomes unable to continue the promotion for any reason beyond their control, Alder Homes may in its sole discretion decide to cancel the promotion.

Alder Homes will not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.

Alder Homes Ltd reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.

Alder Homes Ltd may share entrant information, including name and contact details, with other persons or entities that assist in running the promotion.

Alder Homes Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, address and information related to the property) and to disqualify an entry or refuse a consultation where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonable available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with Alder Homes, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that he or she will comply with all instructions given by employees of Alder Homes Ltd and other agencies associated with this promotion and agree not to do anything that may bring the Promotor into disrepute.

If an entrant cannot commit to an appointment as per the terms and conditions of this promotion, that consultation will be void and no compensation will be payable.

Failure by Alder Homes Ltd, to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

All decisions made by Alder Homes Ltd, its employees or agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Alder Homes Ltd may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Alder Homes Ltd (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Alder Homes Ltd’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any accident that occurs on applicants property during the site visit; (d) any variation in the prize; any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant.

As a condition of participating in the promotion, the entrants indemnify Alder Homes Ltd, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with the promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which an entrant may incur arising out of their participation in the promotion and/or the travel and tour associated with it, howsoever caused.

You will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from entering this competition.
